Cancellation & Returns

·         Order Cancellations:

o    Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund, minus a 1% payment gateway charge.

o    Orders canceled 24 hours after placement will incur a Rs. 1,000 processing fee in addition to the 1% payment gateway charge.

o    Customized Orders: If your order is customized, any making charges incurred will be non-refundable and forfeited upon cancellation.

o    You can cancel individual items within an order that contains two or more items without canceling the entire order.

·         Refunds for Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking), the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source.

·         15-Day Money Back Policy Returns: Once a product is returned under our 15-Day Money Back Policy (not applicable on coins), the refund will be credited to your account. You can then choose to use this credit for another purchase or have the amount refunded directly to your bank account.

·         Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed directly to your bank account.

·         Gift Card Refunds: Upon cancellation or return of orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded back to the original gift card.

Free Gifts & Offers
