Our 15-Day Return Policy

At Suez, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your lab-grown jewelry. That's why we offer a 15-Day Return Policy, giving you ample time to ensure your new piece is perfect for you. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can easily return your purchase within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note, a nominal fee of Rs. 1,000 will be retained per product to cover delivery and processing costs.


What's Covered by the 15-Day Return Policy?

Eligibility

To qualify for a return under this policy, your product must be:

·         Returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

·         Free from any scratches, damage, wear, or alterations.

·         Have all original stickers and tags intact. If the product tag or packaging is tampered with, your return will be processed under our Lifetime Buy-Back Policy instead.

Exceptions

The 15-Day Return Policy does not apply in the following situations:

1.      Previous Exchanges: If an order has already been exchanged once under the 15-Day Return Policy. While you get one full-value exchange within 15 days, any subsequent exchanges for the same product will fall under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.

2.      Personalized or Customized Items: Products that have been engraved, personalized, or custom-made are not eligible for a 15-day return.


How to Return Your Suez Product

We've made the return process simple and convenient for you:

1.      Initiate Your Return: Within 15 days of receiving your order, log into your account on our website to place a return request, or simply email us at care.suezdiamonds@gmail.com to schedule a return pickup.

2.      Receive Instructions: Suez will send you detailed reverse pickup instructions and necessary details.

3.      Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack your jewelry in its original packaging material, along with the original product certificate and the invoice.

4.      Hand Over & Confirm: Hand the package to our logistics executive during the scheduled pickup. Please remember to collect an acknowledgment for the pickup (this could be a paper receipt, a photo of the tracking number, or an SMS confirmation).

5.      Quality Check & Refund: Once we receive your product, it undergoes a thorough quality check for any signs of wear, damage, or alterations (including resizing by an external jeweler). If it passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your account within 10 business days.

o    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be directly credited to your bank account.

o    For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI).

o    EMI Purchases: If your product was purchased through an EMI system, we will deduct an amount equivalent to 1% of the grand total amount during the refund of the initial installment.

Note on Certificates: Loss of the original product certificate will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat, whichever is higher.


Returning Products to Our Stores

You also have the option to return products directly at any of our physical Suez stores. For customers who prefer not to visit a store, Suez will gladly schedule a reverse pickup for your convenience.


Policy Updates

Suez reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time, so we encourage you to review it regularly. Any changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website: www.suezdiamonds.com. Should we make any significant material changes, we will update this section to notify you.
