How Our Policy Works

You can return your Suez product, along with its original product certificate, for either buy-back or exchange. The value will be determined based on its current market value, with a few standard deductions: making charges, applicable taxes, and a Rs. 1,000 processing fee.

Important Note: If your original purchase included any discounts or free gifts, their equivalent value will be deducted from your exchange or buy-back amount.

Lifetime Exchange

Looking for a new design or simply want to refresh your collection? Our Lifetime Exchange option allows you to trade in your Suez piece.

The exchange value will be credited directly to your Suez account. You can then use this credit towards the purchase of any other product on our website. Please note that this credit cannot be encashed.

Condition for Exchange: For an exchange to be valid, your jewelry must be in its original condition. We cannot accept items that show signs of alteration or damage by anyone other than Suez. After a thorough quality inspection, we reserve the right to adjust the final exchange value, with clear justification provided.

Lifetime Buy-Back

Should you choose to sell your Suez product back to us, we offer a straightforward buy-back process.

The buy-back value will be securely transferred to your bank account within 15 business days of us receiving and inspecting your product.

Determining Your Product's Value

The current market value for exchange or buy-back will be determined on the date we process your request. Here's a breakdown of how we value different categories:

Important Exclusions & Conditions

Please read the following points carefully to ensure a smooth exchange or buy-back process:

• Non-Applicable Items: Buy-back and exchange are not available for loose diamonds, baguettes, tapered diamonds, polkis, pearls, or colored stones.
• Documentation Required: The original invoice and product certificate are mandatory for all buy-back and exchange requests.
• Certificate Loss Fee: In case of a lost certificate, an additional charge of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat (whichever is higher) will be applied.
• Suez Purchases Only: Only products originally purchased directly from Suez stores or our official website (www.suezdiamonds.com) are eligible.
• Discount Adjustments: If a discount was applied to the metal, diamonds, stones, or making charges during your original purchase, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price before calculating your exchange or buy-back value.
• e-Points/Rewards: Any e-Points, rewards, or benefits used during the original purchase will be deducted from the final buy-back/exchange value.
• Buy-Back Limit: Buy-back is applicable for products with an original purchase value of up to Rs. 3,00,000/-.
• EMI Purchases: If your product was purchased via an EMI system, any outstanding EMI amounts will be deducted in addition to other applicable charges.

Shipping & Insurance

• Delivery to You: Suez covers the shipping and insurance costs for delivering orders to your address.
• Returns to Us: For returns, Buy-Backs, or exchanges, reverse shipping is conveniently arranged by Suez. This service is covered by the Rs. 1,000 processing charge mentioned above.
